My candle arrived dammaged...
We are so sorry that your product didn't make it safely to its destination. Please send us a photo of the damaged box, candle, and how it arrived and will replace it as soon as possible.
My candle is too weak/ too strong
Our goal is to provide you with the best ratio of fragrance and wax. Please let us know your experience by contacting us and we'll do our best to make any changes. Your care card has a batch number written on it and will be helpful for us to reference.
Please note that we tested our candles for large "bedroom" sized areas.
What do I do when my candle is finished?

How do your products ship?
As of now we only provide domestic shipping to the US. All our products ship in their own crush-proof package along with a care card. We hope in the near future to bring to you multi candle packages.
